Refund and Exchange
You may cancel an order or request a refund/exchange from your account dashboard.

Requests/Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

Be sure to include your order number, reason for cancellation/refund/exchange and any supplementary documentation i.e. pictures

What is your return policy

You may return items that are in their original packaging, and are unused within 10 days of purchase.

Grocery items that have been opened or have expired since delivery are not eligible for returns.

Personal care items that have been opened or used are not eligible for returns and refunds.

An issue with your order must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Do you offer free returns?
At this time we do not offer free returns. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
We process refunds as soon as we receive your return item and inspect it. However, it may take 7-10 business days for your bank to process the refund and reflect it in your account.

My return item was lost in the mail?

If your return item is lost in the mail, we will not be able to issue you a refund or exchange. For this reason, we strongly advise that you to ship your return items via registered mail or signature delivery to confirm that we have received your return item.
